Gov. Pacoy Accepts a Check from the Land Bank of the Philippines

On behalf of the Provincial Government of La Union, Gov. Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega III accepts a check from the Land Bank of the Philippines on October 18, 2018 at the Office of the Provincial Governor, Capitol building, City of San Fernando, La Union. The fund will be utilized to cover the expenses used for the restoration of the provinces from the damages brought about by Typhoon Ompong on September 14-15, 2018.
