Lieutenant Commander Christopher V. Calucag of the Philippine Navy presents eight surrenderees to the Provincial Peace and Order Council and the La Union Anti-Drug Abuse Council during their 3rd Quarter Joint Meeting on September 30, 2019 at the 3rd Floor Multi-Purpose Hall, Department of Public Works and Highways Region 1, City of San Fernando, La Union. On behalf of Gov. Pacoy, Vice Gov. Mario Ortega led the distribution of financial assistance under the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program to the returnees.
