Mr. John Anthony F. Dacanay of the Provincial Government of La Union - Environment and Natural Resources Unit, shares about environmental protection and management programs of the province during the Division Science Camp with the theme "KKK: Kabataang Kumikolis para sa Kalikasan" on October 23-25, 2019 at Luna Central Elementary School, Luna, La Union.
