FULL ALERT. At 12:05AM on August 28, 2019, Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III checks the Situational Report of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office for the Province of La Union to ensure that all disaster frontliners and response teams are prepared for the possible effects of Tropical Storm Jenny. Joining Gov. Pacoy is Vice-Chairperson of Sangguniang Panlalawigan Committee on Disaster Preparedness and Management and Relief Services, BM Jonathan Justo Orros.
