Diabetes Lecture Conducted in BDH

SWEET TREAT FOR WOMEN. Female Barangay Health Workers of the Municipality of Bacnotan bring out their sweet smiles as they listen to the topics on diabetes during the lecture at Bacnotan District Hospital (BDH), Bacnotan, La Union on March 25, 2019. Aside from the lecture, free random blood glucose testing was provided. Other topics like Philhealth Insurance benefits and the risks of cigarette smoking were also tackled. This activity is initiated by the Nephrology Committee of BDH. Almost 80 women benefitted from this activity.
