DEED OF TRANSFER AND CONVEYANCE. La Union Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III and Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corp. (PSALM) President and CEO, Atty. Irene Joy Besido-Garcia, lead in the signing of the Deed of Transfer and Conveyance of the Bauang Power Plant lots on August 14, 2019 at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. Gov. Pacoy also presented a ceremonial check to Atty. Garcia to symbolize the official acquisition by the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU). Witnessing the ceremony were the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members, PSALM executives, Land Bank of the Philippines officials, and some PGLU department heads and employees.
