DAR RD, Gov. Pacoy Discuss Rural Development, Agrarian Reform

AGRARIAN REFORM FOR A STRONGER LA UNION. Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Regional Director (RD) Primo Lara, OIC-ARD Maria Anna Francisco and Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer Christianne Suguitan visit Gov. Pacoy for a courtesy call on February 15, 2021, at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. The DAR officials discussed to Gov. Pacoy the agency's continuing programs that aim to bring rural development and agrarian reform in the region and the province. Gov. Pacoy assured his unceasing support to the initiatives of the DAR, as he emphasized that agrarian development plays a central role in the province's aim to build a sustainable, self-sufficient La Union in the face of crisis recovery and transformation.
