Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III leads the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the inauguration and blessing of the new Multi-Purpose Covered Court of the San Fernando South Central Integrated School on October 18, 2019. In his message, Gov. Pacoy said the new facility reflects the Provincial Government’s commitment in fostering excellent educational environment for learners in the province.
