Representatives of Tanggol Kalikasan, a non-governmental organization which aims to protect the environment, pay a courtesy visit to Gov. Pacoy on July 16, 2019 at the Office of the Provincial Governor (OPG), Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. They were accompanied by Department of the Interior and Local Government La Union Provincial Dir. Paulino Lalata Jr. and OPG-Environment and Natural Resources Unit (ENRU) Chief Annalyn R. Valdez.
