Department of Tourism Region 1 Assistant Director Modesto Baloloy points out that community guiding training courses lead to the realization of the province's vision of becoming the Heart of Agri-Tourism in Northern Luzon by 2025 in his message during the seven-day Community Guiding Training Course to employees of various Departments of the Provincial Government of La Union on November 12 to 18, 2018 at Planet G Hotel, Urbiztondo, San Juan, La Union. Said training was conducted by the Provincial Tourism Office in partnership with the Department of Tourism Region 1.
