COLOR IT RED. SHARE LOVE, SHARE BLOOD. Bacnotan District Hospital (BDH) personnel, their friends, and partner agencies celebrate the day of hearts by extending their love to sick patients needing blood through the 12th Mass Blood Donation Activity in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross – La Union – San Fernando City Chapter on February 14, 2019 in Bacnotan, La Union. Thirty-one blood units were successfully collected in this activity. Almost 50 blood donors voluntarily came to be screened.
