STRONGER TIES WITH CITY PNP. Incoming officer in charge of City of San Fernando Police Station PMAJ LAWRENCE L GANUELAS and outgoing Acting COP PLTCOL PERCIVAL R PINEDA pay a courtesy visit to Gov. Pacoy on August 28, 2020 at the Office of the Provincial Governor, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union.
Gov. Pacoy expressed his gratitude to PLTCOL PINEDA for his service and wished him well in his future endeavors. Looking forward for future partnerships, he congratulated PMAJ GANUELAS as he hands both officers their tokens of gratitude from the Province of La Union.
