The Office of the Provincial Administrator (OPA), through the Human Resource Management Division (HRMD), conducts the Citizens' Charter Workshop for the various Departments of the Provincial Government of La Union at the Ilocandia Hall, Oasis Country Resort, San Fernando City, La Union on July 17, 2018. The workshop aims to update the 2009 PGLU Citizens' Charter to better serve the public.
