Chinese Consul & Head of Post Ren Faqiang and Gov. Raphaelle Veronica "Rafy" Ortega-David recently engaged in productive discussions aimed at fostering friendly exchanges and enhancing mutually beneficial cooperation between China and the province of La Union. The meeting took place on July 13, 2023 at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union.
During the meeting, Consul Ren and Gov. Rafy explored various avenues to strengthen ties and promote collaboration between China and La Union. They discussed potential areas of cooperation, including trade, investment, tourism, and cultural exchanges. Both parties expressed their commitment to further deepening the bilateral relationship and maximizing the potential for growth and development.
