Ceremonial Ribbon Cutting

Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III and Mr. Rafael F. Simpao, Jr., Chairman of Security Bank Foundation (SBF), City of San Fernando Mayor Hermenigildo “Dong” A. Gualberto, Dr. Fatima Boado, DepEd Division Superintendent and Jeanny S. Hao of La Union Lions Club led the ceremonial ribbon cutting on January 24, 2018 at San Fernando North Central School, Brgy. Tanqui, City of San Fernando, La Union. Said activity is in line with the “Build a School, Build a Nation: The Classrooms Project” of Security Bank Foundation in partnership with Ateneo de Manila University, DepEd Division of San Fernando City, La Union and City Government of San Fernando, La Union.
