PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT AWARD. Caba District Hospital (CDH), headed by Chief Dr. Gretchen F. Aromin together with the section heads, recognizes hospital units and personnel for their commitment for excellent performance to serve beyond the call of their duty during the celebration of CDH’s 47th Founding Anniversary on February 24, 2021 at CDH Atrium, Caba, La Union. CDH’s Program and Awards Committee gives awards and recognition to staff who rendered 10, 15, 20 and 25 years in services and also to all personnel and units who provided excellent delivery of healthcare services with compassion.
