Caba District Hospital (CDH) recognizes its employees and partners in health during the Pammadayaw 2019 held at CDH conference Hall, Poblacion Sur, Caba La Union on February 26, 2019. Dr. Conrado A. Vito has been awarded for his invaluable service and continuous support to CDH. Also in the photo are Chief Nurse Chona B. Gachallan (left), Supervising Chief Nurse Geraldine T. Posadas, Hon. Caba District Hospital (CDH) recognized employees and partners in health during the Pammadayaw 2019 as part of the culminating activity of the 45th Founding Anniversary celebration of the hospital on February 26, 2019 held at CDH Conference Hall, Poblacion Sur, Caba, La Union.
Chief of Hospital Gretchen F. Aromin thanked the CDH staff for their commitment and dedication in providing quality healthcare service and serving the patients with compassion. She also extended her gratitude to all CDH partners for their continuous support to the hospital programs and projects.
Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III duly represented by Hon. Christian Rivera and Hon. Nancy Corazon Bacurnay, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members of the 2nd District of La Union served as the Guests of Honor and Speakers who led the awarding of token and certificates of appreciation and recognition of the awardees.
Awardees are the employees, who have rendered their service from 10, 15 and 20 years, CDH’s partners like the Nurses Touch Foundation, Philippine Red Cross-La Union Chapter, Department of Health, Local Government of Caba and Provincial Health Office. Other awards given were Best 5S implementers, Employees of the month of January 2019, Best in Attendance for the month of January 2019 and the winners of Zumba-Run 2019.
Pammadayaw Award is an annual activity of CDH as part of its Founding Anniversary to recognize employees for their exemplary service and loyalty to the hospital and to the CDH’s partners for their support to the health programs of the hospital.
