Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Region 1 Director Josefina B. Bitonio poses for posterity with the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPAg) staff after the ceremonial turning-over of key of the new CDA building on December 20, 2018 at the OPAG, City of San Fernando, La Union. The new building has two rooms to be used by OPAg Staff as their Extension Office and a mini Conference Room.
