Eriguel Memorial Hall, LUMC, Agoo, La Union. Inducted members of BOT were Mr. Benjamin N. Dy, Dr. Eliseo O. Laron Jr., SPM Christian I. Rivera, Dr. Glenn Ernest M. Fonbuena, SPM Jonathan Justo A. Orros, Dr. Wilhelmina E. Arzadon, and Dr. Geoffrey S. Tilan. Vice Gov. Mario Eduardo C. Ortega was inducted as the new LUMC BOT Vice Chairperson.

Rescuers David Ken Salamanca and Marvin Camarao of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office demonstrate proper bandaging in emergency situations during the second day of the 9-day First Aid and Basic Life Support Training for Philippine Army Reserve Command at Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University – Mid-La Union Campus on July 13, 2019. Over 80 Army Reservists participated in said training conducted every Saturday of July and August.
