Lictan brief the employees regarding the Procedure of Triage Area for COVID19 on March 4, 2020 at NDH, Naguilian, La Union. After the briefing, temperature of all employees, patients, watchers and visitors were checked before entering the Hospital. Triage is the process of determining patients who need emergency attention first based on the severity of their condition.

Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray donates P100,000 to Smile Train, an international children’s charity that provides free surgery on cleft lip and palate, during the Aldaw ti Kaprobinsiaan on March 1, 2020 at the La Union Provincial Capitol.
Smile Train was one of the service providers during the Aldaw ti Kaprobinsiaan, an outreach program led by the Provincial Government of La Union in celebration of the province’s 170th Founding Anniversary. Around 30 children with cleft lip/palate were assessed by the Smile Train during the day. They will undergo further tests until their eventual surgery. Catriona Gray is the Global Ambassador for Smile Train.

BM Rillera will serve the unexpired term of former BM Maria Rosario Eufrosina P. Nisce who is now the Vice Mayor of the City of San Fernando, La Union.

He led a prayer for the province as he declared that La Union is God’s La Union where everything that the people do is offered for God’s greater glory. Said event is part of the 170th La Union Founding Anniversary with a theme, “La Union 2020: Eyeing Transformation, Focusing on Love.”
