Around 100 Representatives of the Civil Society Organizations in La Union gather for the first-ever congress of the La Union Coalition of Civil Society Organizations, Inc. (LUCCSO), on February 22, 2020, at the Diego Silang Hall, Capitol Building City of San Fernando, La Union. LUCCSO President Vini Nola Ortega led in the signing of the manifesto, where the CSOs affirmed their commitment to be active and responsive development partners for the Provincial Government of La Union.

In Celebration of the 170th Foundation Anniversary of the Province of La Union, Balaoan District Hospital (BLDH) conducts an outreach program at Pitpitac Elementary School, Luna, La Union on February 21, 2020.
As Provincial Government of La Union envisions a Healthy and Happy La Union by 2022, BLDH advocates health by providing health information, free medical and dental check-ups to catchment municipalities. 101 children were benefited with free medical and dental services, feeding program and were given personal hygiene kits.

Laudencia conducts a consultation dialogue on the Storage Facility Project of Philippine Rural Development Project with farmers of Brgy. Pao Sur and Brgy. Ordinario of La Union Police Provincial Office as PRO; and Ms. Filipina P. Atabay of Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office as business manager. In his message, Gov. Pacoy, emphasized the importance of providing the citizens with accurate information this time where information can just be sent in one click.
