A total of 9,042 food packs were distributed by the Provincial Government of La Union to residents of Bangar on April 16, 2020, in aid amidst the continuing Luzon-wide Enhanced Community Quarantine due to COVID19.

HOSPITAL UPGRADE. The Provincial Government of La Union equips the Naguilian District Hospital (NDH) with 100 new chairs, 10 electric fans and 1000 brown envelopes to be used in its new building delivered on April 16, 2020. Dr. Michelle D. Arellano, the new OIC – Chief of Hospital along with Chief Nurse Ms. Joy F. Lictan, Administrative Officer Ms. Julie Costales, Supply Officer Mr. Mario F. Villanueva and other NDH Employees received said equipment.

Newly installed OIC-Chief for the Naguilian District Hospital, Dr. Michelle D. Arellano distributes hygiene kits to 16 patients on April 16, 2020. The hygiene kits donations were from UNILEVER consisting of packs of shampoo, soap, toothpaste and powdered soap for laundry.
