To raise awareness on prevention, control and elimination of rabies in the community, Animal Bite Treatment Center Medical Coordinator and Provincial Medical Officer III Dr. Diana Jean Escalo, conducted a lecture on Animal Bite Treatment at the of the Naguilian District Hospital (NDH) Outpatient Department.

From over 200 submissions around the country, the documentary film โARAPAAP (Dream): Pebble Pickersโ produced by the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) and Imatang Production was chosen as an official selection for the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) Cinema Rehiyon 14. Directed by Kelvin C. Villanueva, ARAPAAP will be screened through online film screenings on Vimeo, and at selected physical venues from February 25 to March 31, 2022 as part of the Best of Regions Film Programming: Panlantaw, and the continuing celebration of the National Arts Month 2022.
