Recognizing the act of heroism through blood donation, three Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Councils in the Province of La Union received an award for garnering the title of Bloodiest SK Council under the Project Dara ti Agtutubo, Ranud nga Ayat (DARA) during an awarding ceremony held at the La Union Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union.

The Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) of the Province of La Union approved last Tuesday, March 8, 2022, on final reading an Ordinance Increasing the Subsistence Allowance of the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) from Sixty Pesos (Php 60.00) and additional Ten Pesos (Php10.00) for medical allowance to become Seventy Pesos (P70.00) for daily subsistence allowance.

With the continuous and reinforced vaccination operations in the province, the Provincial Government of La Union has launched the first pediatric mall-based vaccination center in the province inoculating a total of 170 kids on its first day of operations on March 5, 2022 at the Robinsons Place, City of San Fernando, La Union.

PGLU conducts Tax Mapping Training

LGU San Juan is set to have a tax mapping campaign this year, which aims to establish a complete inventory of all real properties, provide a permanent link between real properties and office records, identify the ownership of every piece of real property, and account for the total land area of the municipality.
