To address problems confronting the coastal areas in the province, the 22nd Sangguniang Panlalawigan passed on third and final reading the ordinance providing for the protection, conservation and management of coastal and aquatic resources in the provincial waters.

Ortega III, completes the cold chain for any vaccine brand as it turned over nine purchased medical freezers and refrigerators for vaccines to the province’s five district hospitals and the La Union Medical Center (LUMC) during the PGLU Flag Raising Ceremony today, March 15, 2021.
