Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator Michaela Louise T. Delfinado presents the La Union Tourism and its Sustainable Tourism Medium Term Strategy 2019-2022 during the La Union Tourism Summit held on September 24, 2019 at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Convention Hall, City of San Fernando, La Union. The first of its kind in the province, the Summit was dedicated to the tourism industry key players and experts as they exchanged ideas around the next big trends driving the sector.

Rosario National High School, San Juan, La Union the consequences of being pregnant and being a mom at a young age as they conduct a lecture on September 24, 2019. The activity is BDH’s contribution to the nationwide campaign to decrease pressing issues among teenagers.
HEALTH, SAFETY, SANITATION. Bacnotan District Hospital (BDH) Nurse Mr. Jeffrey Julian stresses to patients and their companions that clean hands is the single most important means of preventing the spread of infection, illness, and cross-contamination. His lecture was conducted at the out-patient department of BDH, Bacnotan, La Union on September 23, 2019 in observance of the Health, Safety and Sanitation Month.
SERVICE WITH COMPASSION. Caba District Hospital (CDH) Nurse Chona B. Gachallan teaches Lola Teresita R. Sudiaca on gentle sitting exercises to improve mobility and prevent falls during the CDH Senior Citizen Home Visit Outreach Program on September 20, 2019 at Barangay Las-Ud and Poblacion Sur, Caba, La Union. A total of seven senior citizens benefitted on the said activity. Home Visit Community Outreach Program is a monthly activity of CDH as a way of giving back to the community, true to CDH’s hospital brand “Service with Compassion” and achieve the Provincial Government of La Union vision of a Happy La Union and Healthy La Union by 2022.
The Naguilian District Hospital Adolescent Friendly Health Committee (NDH-AFHC) in partnership with the Municipal Social Welfare of Bauang, La Union, conducted an outreach program to the officers and members of PAG-ASA YOUTH ASSOCIATION (PYA) of Payocpoc Norte Oeste Bauang, La Union on September 18, 2019.
