This activity aimed to make BDH personnel updated since the hospital is one of the animal bite treatment centers in La Union.

LA UNION EXTENDS AID TO TAAL VOLCANO ERUPTION VICTIMS

All the 20 component Local Government Units (LGU) in La Union receive the 2018 Seal of Child-Friendly Local Governance Award from the Deparment of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) – La Union Provincial Office, during a conferment ceremony on December 10, 2019 at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. Taking the limelight was LGU Santo Tomas, which received the Presidential Award for being the country’s top 4th-6th class Municipality in Child-Friendly Local Governance. Presenting the awards were DILG Provincial Dir. Paulino G. Lalata Jr. and Board Member Jennifer Mosuela, who represented Gov. Pacoy.
