The 71st Infantry Kaibigan Battalion, headed by LTC Michael Bautista, reported the Province of La Union as “insurgency free” during a courtesy visit to Governor Rafy Ortega-David on September 9, 2022, at the Office of the Governor, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union.
