The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) recently organized a Capability Enhancement Training for Business Permit and Licensing Officers (BPLOs) and Local Economic Development and Investment Promotion Officers (LEDIPOs) of Local Government Units (LGUs) in La Union on June 29, 2023, at the PDRRMO Building City of San Fernando, La Unio.
