LU SP Approves Memorandum of Understanding with Urban Youth Academy

On Tuesday, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of La Union approved the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Urban Youth Academy (UYA) and granted the Honorable Governor Raphaelle Veronica Rafy Ortega David the authority to enter and sign the said documents during the 57th Regular Session of the 23rd Sangguniang Panlalawigan on August 1, 2023.
