Calub III, OIC – Provincial Veterinarian affirmed that the province is still avian influenza or bird flu- free during the 37th Regular Session of the 23rd Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) on March 14, 2023 at the SP Bldg., Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union.
