After four adventurous and thrilling days of traversing the toughest terrains and rivers of La Union, and going through challenging staged courses and tracks, 83 adrenaline-junkie 4×4 off-road challengers from all over the country completed the first ever Rafy’s Rainforest Challenge (RFC) in the province which is part of the Ayat Fest 2023: the 173rd La Union Founding Anniversary.

The seminar, which is the culminating activity of the office in celebration of the Women’s Month 2023, on Friday, March 31, 2023, was led by the Office of Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member (SPM) Maria Rosario Eufrosina “Chary” P.
