The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), through the Provincial Government – Environment and Natural Resources Office (PG-ENRO), celebrated the Month of the Ocean with a coastal clean-up activity dubbed “Scubasurero” at Barangay Quirino, Bacnotan, La Union. It was participated by LAMBAKLAD Inc., Bantay Dagat, PGLU employees, the Local Government Unit of Bacnotan, and officials and residents of the barangay.
