‘PurgaKapon-binsyanihan’ Commences for Healthy Livestock, Serves 973 Farmers

The Provincial Government of La Union headed by Gov. Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David, through the Office of the Provincial Veterinarian, launched the PurgaKapon-binsyanihan program which provides free necessary veterinary services to small ruminants like goats and sheep and large ruminants such as carabao and cattle to give aid to KaPROBINSYAnihan farmers and cattle-raisers. These services include estrus or heat synchronization, artificial insemination, castration, deworming, and vitamin supplementation.
