The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), through the La Union Provincial Tourism Office (LUPTO) – Culture and Arts Unit, hosted the inaugural DALLENG: Chorale Competition 2024 at the La Union Provincial Capitol Grounds, City of San Fernando, La Union. The event, part of the Aldaw ti Ayat ken Rayray-aw celebration, highlighted the province’s rich cultural and musical heritage.

In a purposeful move to promote volunteerism and uphold the spirit of La Union PROBINSYAnihan, the Provincial Government of La Union launched its KADUA Volunteerism Camp, a transformative initiative designed to equip and empower the next generation of leaders in the province. La Union Governor Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David has been a steadfast supporter of the initiative, emphasizing the importance of active youth involvement in volunteerism and calling on young leaders to step up and make a difference in their communities.
