Provincial Liga ng mga Barangay President and Ex-officio Board Member Geraldine “Denny” R. Ortega, her son, Acting Mayor Alfredo Pablo “Alf” R. Ortega, and her daughter, Joy Ortega distribute school shoes to the pupils of Canaoay Elementary School, City of San Fernando, La Union on August 2, 2019. Being a philanthropist, BM Denny said she dreams of seeing all grade school pupils in the public school wearing shoes and socks.
