BLDH Proper Waste Management Talk

Engr. Maureen S. Malazo, Senior Environmental Management Specialist shares her knowledge with the staff of Balaoan District Hospital (BLDH) and on-the-job students of Luna Vocational School about proper waste management especially hazardous and infectious waste on February 21, 2019 at the BLDH Conference Hall, Balaoan, La Union. In partnership with the Department of Environmental and Natural Resources (DENR), the seminar is very timely and significant now that people are becoming more aware of the effects of global warming and climate change. Under Gov. Pacoy’s leadership, BLDH together with the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) supports zero waste and clean environment.
