BLDH observes World Diabetes Month

In observation of the World Diabetes Month Dr. Washington Agustin Jr. of Balaoan District Hospital (BLDH) conducted a lecture about diabetes on Nov. 23, 2018 at BLDH Conference Room, Balaoan, La Union. After the lecture, a free Random Blood Sugar was done. BLDH adheres to Gov. Pacoy’s vision and the province's mission of a Healthy La Union, Happy La Union.
