BHC Educational Institution Celebrates Pasalubong Festival Victory with Gov. Rafy; LUHRRA Commits to Boost La Union Tourism

Students and faculty from Brain & Heart of a Christian (BHC) Educational Institution Inc. paid a courtesy visit to Gov. Raphaelle Veronica "Rafy" Ortega-David as they shared their victory in the Pasalubong Festival in August. Gov. Rafy expressed her congratulations to the team for bringing home another pride for La Union.
Meanwhile, members of the La Union Hotels, Resorts and Restaurants Association (LUHRRA) led by Mr. Shyr Ampaguey also visited Gov. Rafy to underscore their usual commitment in partnering with the Provincial Government of La Union in its initiatives in tourism promotion, particularly in the upcoming staging of the La Union Surfing Break.
