HOSPITAL ARBOR DAY. Bacnotan District Hospital (BDH) personnel, led by Hospital Chief, Dr. Zenserly D. Pagaduan, planted fruit-bearing trees around the hospital premises on June 29, 2018 as part of their celebration of Arbor Day. The seedlings were provided by the Department of Agriculture and the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist.
