Bacnotan District Hospital Chief Dr. Zenserly D. Pagaduan, together with Dr. Seves Corpuz and Ms. Venus Avecilla, pay a courtesy visit to San Gabriel Mayor Herminigildo M. Velasco on May 3, 2018 as part of the strengthening of health service delivery networking of the catchment areas of the hospital which cover the Central Agri-Tourism Circuit – Bacnotan, San Gabriel, San Juan and San Fernando.
