SMILING SINK CONTEST. In His Presence Unto All Nations, Inc. Ministry founder Joan Cabatu (Left) and Infection Control Committee of Bacnotan District Hospital (BDH) Head Dr. Ana Claire Pagnas (Right) evaluate the winning entry of the Pharmacy Department during the initial judging of the Smiling Sink Contest on August 13, 2019 in celebration of the National Hospital Week. Each sink of the hospital was entered in the contest with the purpose of increasing awareness and understanding the importance of handwashing as an effective and affordable way to prevent diseases and advocate cleanliness in all sections of BDH.
