BCDH Holds Second Quarter Mobile Blood Donation; Collects 21 Blood Units

To uphold their commitment to providing adequate and accessible blood for KaPROBINSYAnihan in need, the Bacnotan District Hospital (BCDH) held its second quarter mobile blood donation on April 26, 2025, wherein they were able to collect 21 units of blood from 36 registered donors.
Led by Chief of Hospital Dr. Zenserly Pagaduan, the BCDH partnered with the Bannuar Security Agency Inc. and the National Blood Services Program – Ilocos Training Regional and Medical Center to conduct the quarterly activity. The BCDH is among the hospitals in the province that regularly roll out blood donation drives and serve as a source for viable blood needed by patients.
The Provincial Government of La Union, under the leadership of Gov. Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David, extends its support and gratitude to the hospital for its commitment to raising awareness on the life-saving power of blood donation and for encouraging more KaPROBINSYAnihan to participate in the cause.
