BCDA Explores LU's Potential, Engages with Gov. Rafy to Unveil Promising Investments, Projects

Exploring the vast potential of La Union, the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) recently paid a courtesy visit to Gov. Raphaelle Veronica "Rafy" Ortega-David and Executive Assistant V Kevin David at the Provincial Capitol on July 7, 2023.
Led by BCDA President and CEO Engr. Joshua M. Bingcang, the courtesy call served as an opportunity to highlight La Union's strategic advantages and discuss how the BCDA could contribute to the province's growth.
Acknowledging the province's natural beauty, vibrant tourism sector, and its potential as an investment destination, the meeting revolved around various investment opportunities such as infrastructure projects, tourism development, and industrial zones, that could spur economic growth and generate employment in the province. Both parties exchanged ideas and perspectives on harnessing La Union's strengths while ensuring environmental sustainability and preserving its cultural heritage.
Gov. Rafy expressed her gratitude for their visit and emphasized the province's readiness to collaborate with the BCDA to explore innovative initiatives that would unlock the full potential of La Union's resources and industries benefiting the kaprobinsiaan.
Executive Assistant V Kevin David also played an active role in the discussions underscoring the importance of public-private partnerships in driving progress in La Union.
As the partnership between the BCDA and PGLU deepens, La Union's prospects for growth continue to shine, paving the way for a brighter and promising future for the province and kaprobinsiaan.
