WEAVING A FABRIC OF HOPE. In Bangar, where the tradition of loom-weaving is preserved, residents weave a fabric of hope as they begin to embrace the 'new normal' with solidarity and optimism. To aid them in their steady recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, the Provincial Government of La Union distributed the second wave of relief goods to 12,282 families in the town on May 27, 2020.
