Balay Silangan Reformation Center in Caba, La Union Inaugurated

BALAY SILANGAN. Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III leads the inauguration of the Balay Silangan Reformation Center in Caba, La Union on August 22, 2019. In his speech, Gov. Pacoy said the facility is symbolic of the province’s commitment to uphold peace and order through drug reformation and rehabilitation. The Balay Silangan is a joint project of the Municipal Government of Caba led by Mayor Philip Caesar Crispino and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency headed by Dir. Gen. Aaron Aquino.
