BRIGHT SMILES FROM BALAOAN. Bright smiles that reflect hope and optimism shine in the faces of the residents of Balaoan, La Union, as they continue to receive aid amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Around 12,363 families in the town received their second wave of relief goods from the Provincial Government of La Union on May 20, 2020.
