In line with the effort to cascade human resource processes and procedures, Balaoan District Hospital (BLDH) employees participate in the Personnel Enhancement Program (PEP) Talk at BLDH, Balaoan, La Union on August 28, 2018. The program is a part of the execution plan of the Human Resource Management Division to reach the transformative agenda of the province.
