Balaoan Community Fish Landing Center Inaugurated

Provincial Agriculturist Ramon F. Laudencia, on behalf of Gov. Pacoy, highlights the benefits of the Community Fish Landing Center (CFLC) during the inauguration and turn over ceremony of the CFLC at Barangay Paraoir, Balaoan, La Union on February 6, 2019. The center is funded by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Regional Office 1. It will be initially operated by the Municipal Government of Balaoan, La Union and shall be eventually turned over to the fisherfolk community for its sustainability.
