The immediate turning over followed after the delivery of 25,600 CoViD-19 vaccines in Region 1 comprised of the second batch of Sinovac and the first batch of Astrazenica on March 8, 2021.

Allocation for the hospitals were 42 for Balaoan District Hospital (BLDH); 50 for Bacnotan District Hospital (BDH); 50 for Naguilian District Hospital (NDH); 19 for Caba District Hospital (CDH); 93 for Rosario District Hospital (RDH); 484 for Lorma Medical Center; 133 for La Union Medical Diagnostic Center and Hospital, Inc. In addition to the vaccination pilot hospitals La Union Medical Center and the Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center, vaccine administration in BDH, NDH, CDH, RDH, Lorma, LUMED and Agoo Family Hospital have also kickstarted on March 9 and 10, 2021.

On the other hand, BLDH and Bethany Hospital are scheduled to start the vaccination tomorrow, March 11, 2021.

The rest of the population is encouraged to take the La Union Vaccination Survey at napanam.launion.gov.ph/lucovacs. This is for the Provincial Government of La Union to know the thoughts of Kaprobinsiaan on the vaccines and is not a way to sign up for the vaccination program.
